Dear Guest, These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner's rules and avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors. Please take the time to read these rules and share these with your guests. +We require the person booking to register & upload government issued ID on our registration form after the reservation is confirmed. +This is a residential neighborhood. Loud disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, especially during quiet hours (10pm) + No more than four (4) cars can be parked at the house. We do not have space for more than 4 vehicles. No street parking or parking on the lawn/grass. + No trailers allowed + Fireplace is for (DISPLAY ONLY). It is not for guest use. + No parties, events, drug use, smoking of any kind inside or outside the property. + If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke odor will result in a fine for odor removal. + Also no burning candles, incense, sage to prevent the risk of fire. + No extra guests not listed on the reservation. Visitors must be approved by host in writing. + Absolutely no pets are allowed without written permission + No shoes upstairs on the carpet, if there are stains on the carpet during post check out inspection the deposit will be withheld to pay for shampooing the carpet. + We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. + We may request a Refundable House Rules Fee if you have a new account with no reviews, or previous negative reviews. +Failure to abide by our house rules may result in a fine of $500. You will be given the option to pay the fine by 11:59 PM the day it was requested or vacate the home by 11:59 PM the day the fine was requested. + No smoking on the property allowed. Inside or out. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine and possible cancellation of your reservation without refund. Please note by booking this property you are notified that the home has an external camera at the front entrance and the back yard, facing the front and back door that records audio and video and is on at all times. We have a noise monitor located on the ceiling in the living room/dining area. It does not record audio or video but reports the noise level in the home to help us prevent large gatherings/parties. Another Note: We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance provided by Airbnb to protect you from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from traveling. We do not do reservation alterations or refunds outside of our cancellation policy.
