Dear Guest, These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner's rules and avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors. Please take the time to read these rules and share these with your guests. + Guest booking must register with us and provide photo ID prior to check-in. + No parties, events, drug use, smoking of any kind in the property. + If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal. + Also no burning candles, incense, sage to prevent the risk of fire. + No extra guests not listed on the reservation. + Absolutely no pets are allowed without written permission + Do not litter, pick up your trash and dispose in the trash cans + Do not leave excess mess behind. Excess cleaning will result in a deposit forfeiture. + No Parking on the lawn/ grass + We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. ($100 late fee after 15 minutes) +Outdoor Security Cameras located at the front and rear of the house. Audio and video recording. + No smoking on the property allowed. Inside or out. Any violation of this rule will result in a $300 fine and possible cancellation of your reservation without refund. + Home is near a wooded area. The house is treated with quarterly pest control, but this is the South, and bugs happen. We do not refund for seeing a here are there, they are a fact of life in the South, especially during the winter.
