1-Bedroom Furnished Apartment with Pool near Uptown Charlotte

By booking this apartment, I agree to the following terms and conditions: 1) I will be respectful of the people that live in the building by keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. 2) I will e-mail a copy of my photo ID to the host prior to arrival, per building rules. 3) I do not have a violent criminal background and understand that I may not stay here if found to have a criminal background. NOTE: If you book this place and are found to have a criminal history, you will not receive keys and will not be refunded for your stay. 4) I agree to carefully review the check-in and check-out instructions prior to arrival, and display the appropriate parking pass to avoid being towed. 5) I will check in after 3 PM unless arrangements have been made in writing in advance, and early check in fees paid. 6) I will check out no later than 11 AM unless arrangements have been made in writing in advance, and late check out fees paid. I agree that if any of these rules are broken I will pay up to the full security deposit for my stay.
